Packing, Shipping & Rates, Returns


We pack our products with great care as we know they are important to you but also because we treasure our work and want others to enjoy it too. Our cardboard boxes are bought from local suppliers and we try to recycles as many as we can. So please do not feel offended if your box does not look "new" or because when you open it you might see a brand you already know on it.

We ensure they are clean and can do their job properly.

A cardboard box is used for a very short time period (probably couple of days), after which it is thrown away. We reuse these boxes and probably double their life, contributing to a cleaner environment and ultimately to less trees cut for paper.

PLEASE reuse the boxes whenever you can, to store various things in your house.

Beside the box, we use some filling material. This can be purchased by us or reused, just like the boxes.

Shipping & Rates

We can use Romanian Post Service or courier to deliver the toys to you. You get to chose which one you want before placing the order. At your request we can use other carriers for your package or you can arrange pick-up.

Please note that the cost of shipping can vary from the value displayed, given delivery specifics for your country.

For values greater than 100 EUR (or equivalent) the package will be insured.



A product cannot arrive damaged to you unless the package was damaged in transit. I never deliver a damaged toy. Shop second quality toys are described appropriately on the website. For these toys we cannot accept returns and reimburse you in full because of the issues you already were aware of (see Case 2 below for what we'll reimburse).

Case 1 - Damaged package

If the package arrived damaged to you please check its content to see if the product was damaged too. If the product was damaged too you must write in front of the courier or postal office clerk that the package arrived damaged. Any claims after you picked up / accepted the package cannot be accepted by us. In this case you cannot return the package to us for a reimbursement. If you refuse to accept / cannot pick-up the package from other various reasons, the product will return to us. In this case we can resend the package (if you pay the shipping charges again) or we can partially reimburse your money (see Case 2 below).

Case 2 - Changed your mind

IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEND THE PACKAGE TO US ONLY WITH A PROOF OF DELIVERY! If the products are sent without a proof of delivery and the package is lost TWP cannot be held responsible for any loss and the price for the product cannot be reimbursed.

You can change your mind about the product and return it to us within 7 (seven) calendar days (e.g. if you received the product on 7th of the month the last date when you can post it back - post date - is 14th of the month).

The product will be accepted by us only if it was never used and it is not damaged. Assuming the product arrives with us undamaged and in good order, we'll be able reimburse to you the cost of the product only. We cannot reimburse the money paid by you for shipping & handling, insurance and postage. Also, we will not be able to reimburse you the money you have paid to send the product back to us.

The steps to follow are below:

  1. Log in into your account.
  2. Identify the order for the product you want to return.
  3. Click "Return" button and follow the steps described.
